HOW TO PARTICIPATE
ORDER
Order from one of our qualifying FIGat7th restaurants from November 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020, with a total of $50 or more in one transaction.*
SNAP & UPLOAD
Snap a clear photo of the entire itemized receipt, including date and restaurant address, and then upload.
REGISTER
After your photo is uploaded, you will fill out a registration form to complete the submission process.
CONFIRMATION
After submitting, you will receive an email confirmation. Your $20 prepaid reward card will be sent to you via email once your receipt has been validated. Please allow 48 hours for processing. If you do not receive a confirmation of your submission, please email help@dinewithpurpose.com.
*Valid on purchases of $50.00 or more worth of food and/or beverages from Participating Restaurant in a single transaction from 11/1/20 to 12/30/20. Gift card purchases are not qualifying purchases. Receipt must be itemized and clearly show purchase amount, date, time, and location name and address, and may be used only once. Claims must be submitted by 01/31/21. Open to residents of the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, 16 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where participation prohibited, taxed, or restricted.
